Avasara Residence at Panacea Retreat has 5 guest bedrooms with ocean, garden, and pool views from every corner. Each has a king-sized bed and a large ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, a
double vanity, and a terrazzo bathtub. All rooms have air-conditioning, blackout curtains, sockets near the bed, an in-room safety deposit box, hangers, a wardrobe cabinet, a 43″ TV, a mini-fridge, and a coffee machine with pods. Turn-down service is available daily.
Why. With the estate’s central kitchen, you may never want to go out to eat, but if you do choose to dine out, you’ll find a wide selection of eateries along the coast with everything from cool and quirky cafes to restaurants serving delicious local food. You’ll also find shops and fashion boutiques selling high-quality clothing and jewellery, and some dive shops offering scuba lessons
or day dives.
What. Located in the lush green hills above Bophut Beach and Fisherman’s Village, Avasara Residence is one of the five villas at Panacea Estate. After entering this luxurious property via large stepping stones over a water feature, you’ll find yourself in the impressive living and dining pavilion, with its integrated kitchen. At one end of the room is a tropical lounge area with Thai
artifacts, table lamps, and large deeply cushioned rattan sofas and chairs, set around a Smart TV for your viewing pleasure. A square dining table for ten rests beside the gourmet kitchen, which
showcases top-of-the-range branded appliances, honey-colored wooden units, chrome fittings, and marble surfaces. The social hub of the villa is the generous infinity pool with its whimsical
bronze sculptures. At one end, sunken stools serve a swim-up bar at the sala with yet another dining table and cushioned seats – an ideal spot for lazy lunches, or for your own private pool
party. When you’re ready for some downtime, sink into your comfortable king-size bed, you’ll have five bedrooms to choose from at this villa and two of them are master suites, opening
directly onto the pool terrace and enjoying yet more magnificent views, especially from their indulgent bathtubs for two.

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
• Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
• An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
• Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g. Passports or suitable identification); and
• Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
• 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the start of the rental period.
• 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
• 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and money paid, and Gorilla Stays will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
AMENDMENT FEE
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if Gorilla stays cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the related admin fee may apply.
