Baan Fan Noi is all about understated contemporary elegance. This 3+1-bedroom villa is beautifully designed and landscaped, set on a hillside away from the madding crowd but close enough to Chaweng to give you all the privacy and space you need, without skimping on the fun. Choose from any of the three upstairs en-suite bedrooms with breathtaking ocean-facing views, each featuring its own walled, outdoor bathroom complete with rain shower, two of which boast a free standing terrazzo bathtub for the ultimate in indulgence. The fourth en-suite room comes with a unique semi-circular bed and access directly onto the pool terrace. For all day relaxation, there’s the airy living and dining spaces, but our favourite spot would have to be the villa’s 15m pool, sunken Jacuzzi and the limestone terrace which offers the perfect al fresco location.
The amazing lap pool and Jacuzzi overlooking Chaweng beach and to-die-for views from up the hill are perfect for jet-setting families or groups of friends who favour sleek and minimalist hideaway.

En-suite:

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
• Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
• An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
• Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g. Passports or suitable identification); and
• Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
• 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the start of the rental period.
• 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
• 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and money paid, and Gorilla Stays will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
AMENDMENT FEE
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if Gorilla stays cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the related admin fee may apply.
