Conveniently located in the hip area of Seminyak, located at the end of a quiet lane five minutes walking distance to the beach, the villa is close to trendy spots yet far enough for peace and tranquility for you and your family. This villa has two floors with 4 stylish en-suite bedrooms which can accommodate up to 8 adults and 4 children. These rooms are ultra-spacious, ranging from 24,75m2 to 43,65m2 , allowing you to move around freely. The villa has both indoor and outdoor living areas, perfect for lounging around after spending an entire day exploring the island. On top of this, it boasts a fully-equipped kitchen, and a dining table that can seat 10 people – where you can enjoy meals cooked by the private chef (at additional charge), and a beautiful landscaped garden for yoga sessions or simply for unwinding. In the garden sits a 15-metre swimming pool that will keep you refreshed from the island’s tropical heat. For afternoons in the villa, grab your favourite book and a refreshing drink and make yourself
feel at home on one of the six lounge chairs for an idyllic day under the Bali sun. For days that call for an adventure outside of the villa, Villa Amara Pradi is a short drive away from the action. Whether you’re travelling with friends, family, Seminyak has something for every kind of traveller! The villa also has security from 11pm to 7am to ensure you and your loved ones are kept safe and sound, so the only thing you have to think about is what you’ll be doing the next day.

All rooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fan, blackout curtains, sockets are near the bed, in-room safe or safety deposit box, hangers, wardrobe cabinet. Fresh linens are provided. Turn down service daily.

Fresh towels and toiletries are provided; hairdryers, drying/towel racks are available.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
• Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
• An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
• Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g. Passports or suitable identification); and
• Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
• 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the start of the rental period.
• 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
• 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and money paid, and Gorilla Stays will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
AMENDMENT FEE
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if Gorilla stays cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the related admin fee may apply.
