Bedroom 4: 1 king bed, Smart TV, outside patio with two sunbeds, garden and pool access with ocean views.
Bedroom 5 : 2 single beds convertible to king bed with pool and garden views.
Bedroom 6: 1 king bed with pool view.
Second Floor:
Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, smart TV, balcony with lounge table and chair, (coffee table), wardrobe, garden, pool and ocean view.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds convertible to king bed.
Bedrooms 3: 1 king bed, dressing table, lounge table and chairs, garden view
All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, sockets are near the bed, hangers, wardrobe cabinet and blackout curtains. Drinking water, fresh linens and laundry baskets are provided. Daily turn down service.

Bedroom 5: shared ensuite bathroom with Bedroom 6; bidet, double sink and bathtub.

Second Floor:
Master Bedroom: 1 ensuite bathroom with double sink.
Bedroom 2: 1 ensuite bathroom with single sink.
Bedrooms 3: 1 ensuite bathroom with single sink.
All bathrooms have showers, toilets, and amenities like bedroom slippers, fresh towels and toiletries are provided; hair dryers are available.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
• Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
• An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
• Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g. Passports or suitable identification); and
• Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
• 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the start of the rental period.
• 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
• 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and money paid, and Gorilla Stays will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
AMENDMENT FEE
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if Gorilla stays cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the related admin fee may apply.
