At the heart of Villa Essenza is its spacious living room—a sumptuous lounging area that has captivating views of the outdoors. The adjacent TV room is also a choice spot for movie nights or quiet moments of reflection. Outside, the villa’s expansive grounds invite guests to indulge in various recreational activities. From sunbathing at the pool deck to a round of beach volleyball and al fresco dining under the stars, there’s a host of enjoyable pursuits at Villa Essenza. The six-bedroom villa has two luxurious master suites and four guest bedrooms, each meticulously appointed with top-of-the-line furnishings and boasting
breathtaking views. It also has a dedicated team of staff including a villa manager, attendants, and a private chef.

Second Floor:
Master Bedroom: 1 king bed, study table with chair, balcony, garden, pool and ocean views.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds convertible to king bed, dressing table with chair.
Bedrooms 3: 1 queen bed and 1 single bed, study table with chair, garden view.
All rooms have air-conditioning and ceiling fans, sockets are near the bed, hangers, wardrobe cabinet and blackout curtain. Drinking water, fresh linens and laundry baskets are provided. Daily turn down service.

All bathrooms have showers, bathtub, toilets with bidets, and amenities like bedroom slippers, fresh towels and toiletries are provided; hair dryers are available.
Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
• Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
• An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
• Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g. Passports or suitable identification); and
• Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
• 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the start of the rental period.
• 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
• 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and money paid, and Gorilla Stays will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
AMENDMENT FEE
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if Gorilla stays cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the related admin fee may apply.
