The villa can comfortably fit 10 people with its five large bedrooms,four bedrooms with exquisite king-sized beds, one with a high-quality twin-sized bed, ensuite bathrooms, and their own balconies with outdoor seating. All bedrooms are also equipped with desk spaces and 4 Master bedrooms with pantry area with sink, drawers and refrigerator, everything you need for your holiday. Each bedroom is spacious, with enough room to accommodate you and your family! Villa Maliya houses five bedrooms that harmoniously blend design and functionality, ensuring that you can enjoy the room without any feeling of constraint.
This 3-floor haven is decorated with the highest quality, chic, and elegant furniture. The living room has floor to ceiling sliding doors that open up so that you can lounge on the L-shaped sofa while enjoying the ocean breeze and hearing the waves crashing from a distance. Choose to eat indoors on the 10-seater dining table or al fresco style on the 6-seater dining table. If you feel like basking under the tropical sun, there are plenty of outdoor lounge spots to choose from – daybeds, cushioned couches, and more!
A luxury villa is incomplete without a private pool. Villa Maliya has a 16-metre saltwater infinity pool for you and your family to enjoy. After all, there is no better way than to start your morning with a refreshing dip in the pool! To top it off, the pool has a swim up bar and outdoor fridge, so you never have to leave the water to enjoy a delicious meal or sip on an ice-cold beverage.

Bedroom 3, 4 and 5. Turn down service daily. All 4 master bedrooms have pantry area with sink, drawers and fridge, own balcony access with comfortable outdoor seating

Cancellation of a booking includes but is not limited to:
• Cancellation of one or more days of a booking;
• An amendment of a booking so that none of the dates of the booking once amended fall within the same dates that originally constituted the booking;
• Failure of all Guests to provide the required documentation on arrival (e.g. Passports or suitable identification); and
• Attempt by the Guest, their party or visitors to hold an event at the Property in breach of these Terms and Conditions or breach of any rules applicable to the Guest’s chosen Property.
In the event that the Guest cancels a confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees will generally apply:
• 20% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the start of the rental period.
• 50% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period.
• 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited if the cancellation is made between 1 and 29 days before the start of the rental period.
The applicable amount will be deducted from the deposit and money paid, and Gorilla Stays will refund any remaining balance to the Guest.
AMENDMENT FEE
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if Gorilla stays cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and the related admin fee may apply.
